Sentinel — Multi-Agent Customer Support Engine Python · LangGraph · MCP

Six-layer autonomous engine: System-1 router → hybrid RAG → supervisor → specialist agents → guarded actions → evals.

  • Hybrid retrieval (dense + BM25, RRF fusion, cross-encoder rerank) reached 0.969 context precision @4 on the eval set.
  • Cyclic QA loop rejects ungrounded drafts before release: 0 unsafe actions across a 50-ticket sweep.
  • Financial guardrails enforced in the MCP server, not the agent, so no caller can bypass them.
InferFleet — Distributed LLM Inference Platform Python · Redis · Postgres · Docker

Gateway → queue → worker → billing, with the bus as an interface (in-process in dev, Redis Streams in prod).

  • Dynamic batching in ≤20ms windows delivered ~16× throughput on the same GPU.
  • Postgres row-locked reservations give exactly-once billing on top of an at-least-once bus.
  • 34 end-to-end tests run in ~18s with no infrastructure; Prometheus metrics throughout.

  • Measured a +3.5% relative lift (p = 3.1e-6) with power analysis, guardrail metrics and an SRM check.
  • Five scripts reproduce every reported number from raw data — the analysis is a rerun, not a screenshot.
